RokTwittie provides a means of transporting the various aspects of Twitter, such as your tweets, your profile information and plus much more, into your Joomla. Perfect for any site with a Social edge.

The configurability of the module is its best feature, allowing you to choose which aspects you wish to show which can result in a short, contracted module or a full page of tweets, searches and information. Tweak the Twittie to your liking.

Requirements

The requirements for the extension are listed below:-

• Joomla 1.5x - Ensure that you are using the latest version for compatibility and security purposes from Joomla.org
• CURL - this needs to be enabled on your server for the module to work. You can contact your hosting provider to activate this for you.

Note: For this demo of RokTwittie, we have set the cache to 1 hour. This is because the module is presented for demonstrative purposes only, unlike a live, active site were more current data would be appropriate.

Live Examples

RokTwittie, with its default styling, is shown opposite. The appearance will be standard across all Joomla sites, unless the template you are using has individualised CSS and images to provide an integrated, rather than generic look, for the extension. Note: the examples shown below are styles from the Joomla Template Club themes only and do not accompany the free module itself.
