WordPress Widgets (WPW) is like a plugin, but designed to provide a simple way to arrange the various elements of your sidebar content (known as “widgets”) without having to change any code.
Every of RocketTheme WordPress templates is Widgetized. It means it has special places where you can place builtin or downloaded widgets. Widgets can be a small gallery, mp3 player, calendar, twitter etc. It’s a great way to enchance your site without any knowledge of how to create websites.

TerranTribune uses 4 different sidebars : Left Front Sidebar and Right Front Sidebar (displayed only on frontpage), Left Subpage Sidebar (displayed on every other page), Right Subpage Sidebar (displayed on every other page).
If you would like to place the widget above the existing menus on the frontpage it is as simple as dragging the selected widget (in the widgets section) to your chosen place.
